Erik is different from his viking brethren, and is not fond on the raping and pillaging. He decides to go to the Gods and ask for them to return the sun to the skies (you know everyone’s happier when it’s sunny, hehe). So, he gets a boatload of vikings to come with him on his quest, and as you’d expect from Terry Jones (a former Python), craziness ensues. It’s a grievously underrated film, Tim Robbins is great in it, and the supporting cast are also excellent. If you get the chance, I certainly recommend it highly. Enjoy.
