WORTH CONSUMING!

Seldom to I find novels, such as those by Ayn Rand, with such admirable characters who are cunning, brilliant, and live with integrity to their purpose. This is one reason I like Ender’s Game and Ender’s Shadow, and also (in video) Firefly.

WORTH CONSUMING!

i hadn’t intended to reread this book, but as i was searching through it for a certain line, i came upon the scene where ender pins bean to the wall and says, “when i say i teach a certain way, that’s the way i teach.” and i was like ngfo4iatnh4th i freaking love ender. so i’m reading it again.

WORTH CONSUMING!

Every bit as good as Ender’s Game, for which it was written as a companion novel.

a very dark book. i find bean, the focus of this book and the series launched from this book, a fairly unbelievable character. he’s too perfect. he also seemed very alien to me.
