I was absolutely dreading seeing any kind of Discworld adaptation, and resigned to watching it nonetheless—what a fantastic surprise!

This was well cast (although no one could possibly do Death’s voice as it sounds in my head), meticulously faithful to the book (with as much time as it had to work with), and very nicely done all around.

Hooray!

Have to say I thought this was so brill and totally entertaining…

Aw, it was fun! Sadly I don’t think the pace of storytelling was quite as tight as it could have been, but as a long-term Discworld fan it was fab seeing all these things brought to life.

Watch out for PTerry’s cameo, too ;)
