Ah, eggnog. You are delicious and satisfying. All you eggnog lovers out there, join me in a toast. Go to your fridge, get your container of eggnog, then pour it down the sink and make this instead. It is AMAZING. Sweet, creamy, light, rich but not too thick: just perfect. The best eggnog ever.

Does anyone else still make this themselves? I mean, pasteurized eggs are so much more readily accessible than they were 5 years ago, and that homemade taste is totally worth it.
