NOT WORTH CONSUMING

what the f??? i bought the unrated special directors mega widescreen super edition, thinking i was going to get more funny stuff. what did i get? not the same damn movie, thats for sure! the intro is completely different, and unless you saw the regular theater version, the movie doesnt really make that much sense. its certainly less funny. the extra scenes come at the expense of original one it seems. my advice: just get the regular version. its plenty funny all on its own.

WORTH CONSUMING!

This movie IS worth consuming…but only if you’re looking for mindless humor. Actually, that’s not ENTIRELY true, some of the humor is rather smart. But it’s NOT a GOOD movie. It’s great fun. It’s funny. You’ll laugh, if you don’t find yourself embarrassed for finding it funny.

WORTH CONSUMING!

Good, silly fun. Great cameos by Waltrip and other realNASCAR drivers. Bantering dialogs. Slapstick humor. It’s what we used to call “camp” – so bad, it’s good (like the old Batman TV series). It’s just one long joke, well played out by Will Ferrell and crew. You’ve gotta laugh out loud at times. The dinner scene where Ricky Bobby says grace is a hoot. And Sacha Baron Cohen’s portrayal of a gay French “Formula Un” driver is pricelessly exaggerated at every turn. Insane. Certainly worth seeing.
