Vietnamese friend made me eat…

Oysters flavor wise are fairly good. JUst the texture I cannot get over.

I suggest everyone try an oyster at least once

I will be so glad when summer is over and the waters get cold again only for one reason—oysters are best during months that contain the letter “R”. On the half shell, really cold, fresh sliders with cocktail sauce, lemon, and horseradish: every passing of the summer season is sad; “Oyster Season” gives us time to pause together as friends, family, and lovers and certainly reason enough to celebrate.
