If you ever had a beloved dog that was like family….you will love this movie. This movie is a story about the bond between person and dog…and about the will to survive and never give up in the name of love….The love of a fiercely loyal and faithful pack of dogs…and their owner.

The acting isn’t academy award worthy perhaps..but the story is compelling, and very touching. The scenery is breath-taking..and the dogs in this movie are amazing. Definitely have your tissues ready…

Paul Walker isn’t a great actor and Jason Biggs is annoying, but that couldn’t ruin the movie. I loved Eight Below. It was heartbreaking, but still managed to make you feel good by the end of it. If you love dogs, this is really a movie to watch.

I have three Siberian Huskies myself and this movie really touched my heart. It is a great movie for dog lovers of all kinds. My only warning: if you tear up easily to sad moments in movies, you will need kleenex.
