Bought a pack (2 chorizo in a vacu-seal) from the nearby Mex/Pol grocs, opened one, fried it up like it said on the packaging …hooo wah, that is some spicy stuff, homes! Sure, it looks uh… nevermind how it looks – chorizo are some good eatins. Best with super fresh baked bread, so fresh, hey I kept an eye on the oven they got right there, and extra sharp cheddar. Om nom nom nom. Highly recommended. Of course next time Im’a make the scrambled eggs too. :)
