We’ve had this book forever, and yes, I’ve read it before. I’ve also met this lady, even been in a sweat with her, and is she ever interesting. I’d love to sit around and talk with her for a long time.

The book has some excellent meditations and I’ve gotten a lot out of it. I think anyone could.
