This series stayed strong right to the end, each new character/situation woven smoothly into the story. If there’s any complaint, it’s perhaps that the story flows too smoothly – so while there are no troughs, there aren’t too many really high peaks either.

Better yet, there are sequels! Often a sequel to a successful series takes some offshoot and tried to drag it out: here, there are so many hints to an untold backstory that I can’t wait to find out what really went on! And then, come back and reread this series :)
