My least favorite of Shakespeare’s plays. I found a lack of substance and the characters to be flat. The story was bland to me. There were some barbs from the Bard that were amusing, but I honestly expect more from ol’ Billy.

Read this for school and absolutely loved it. Favorite Shakespeare play of all time. Also the easiest to read; translating it was a breeze for me. Maybe because by that time I had read so much of his stuff, it was simple. The movie with Elizabeth Taylor was divine as well :-P
