NOT WORTH CONSUMING
A year and four viewings later I managed to finally finish The Proposition. A stellar cast featuring Pearce, Hurt, Winstone and Watson among others is underutilised and the storytelling suffers from a (deliberate?) slowness. Not too bad a movie, but there isn’t much of anything to make it great either. Strictly video rental or second-run theatre for this one.
