WORTH CONSUMING!
I use the sticks of this stuff instead of butter in my cooking, and no one ever can tell the difference. I use the regular kind, not the light kind. (I think that you can tell the difference between the light kind of this product and butter.) There is really not much calorie difference between the regular variety of this and butter, but there is some difference in cholesterol and trans-fatty acids. Oh, the spray variety of this is convenient, but you can definitely tell the difference between it and butter.
