Awful book. It was overly british. You could tell it was written by a stuffy, conservative british businessman. The language that was used, the “exercises” he recommended for team activities, it all pointed to the part of business culture I detest in this country.

The book is about getting teams to function well in brainstorming activities. Not what I was looking for at all.

I did generate one great idea whilst reading this book. Don’t spend any money on buying this book. I didn’t (I got it from the work library), and I’m very glad I’ve still got my pounds in my pocket.
