WORTH CONSUMING!
I bought the nacho flavor as my introduction to Follow Your Heart vegan cheese.
It melts, it shreds, the texture is good. The nacho flavor is slightly spicy with tiny chopped peppers inside, but nothing bad. Great with broccoli and nachos!
Next, I will try the mozzarella.
