This by far is my favorite of all time. Visted the brewery in Newport two years ago. The Rogue Brewery use to be in Ashland, Oregon before it moved. That was a cool place to go have a pint; on sunday nights they would show the Simpson on this big screen…fun was had by all.

I think the bottle design and name was a bit better than the beer itself but it was still pretty good.

The official website describes it as:

” Dead Guy is a German-style Maibock made with Rogue’s proprietary “PacMan” ale yeast. It is deep honey in color with a malty aroma, rich hearty flavor and a well balanced finish. Dead Guy is created from Northwest Harrington, Klages, Maier Munich and Carastan malts, along with Perle and Saaz Hops. Dead Guy Ale is available in 22-ounce bottles, 12-ounce 6-pack, and on draft.”

I don’t exactly remember it tasting that way but um, I’m not a beer expert and like I said, it was the packaging :)
