The carriage crash was spectacular and a few make you jump scenes were all right. But the wrap around story and ending were very disappointing.

The plot hook was easily predictable ten minutes in to the movie. The movie makes the assumption that the viewers are complete idiots as nothing is implied or unseen. You’re constantly shown things that would have been more dramatic and creepy left unseen and unheard. If you’re a horror movie fan you’re going to be extremely disappointed due to the lack of ANY creepiness what so ever. If you’re even a casual movie fan you’re probably going to be disappointed as well since your intelligence will be insulted the entire length of the film.

i didn’t really get the end. left me disappointed and wanting more.

One of those movies that I enjoyed watching all the way through, but then the ending was so bad that it ruined the whole thing.
