Agree with lots that they talk about. I love the thought of changing the world and this definitely inspired me. But there are lots of companies and people out there who just dont get it, I wish they would…..

Recommended reading for everyone.
More manifesto than book. Enjoyable but not deep reading. If you don’t own it don’t buy it—pick it up at the library, read it online, download it, or scan it at used bookstore.
The authors are fun and so is this book, but in the end it’s not particularly informative. It’s mostly just a rant about companies that don’t talk to their customers. For those that are with it, the cluetrain is old hat.
