I am a big fan of animated fairy tales but for some reason I had never seen this movie. My friends and I sometimes have a “Disney night” and even though Anastasia isn’t Disney they decided to stop my ignorance and we watched it!

I liked it a lot. It definetly had a Disney feeling like many of the “other” movies done around that time. The animation was pretty, the songs were good and I liked the characters. I thought the love story was a bit weird though, they had trouble making the hate-than-love thing believable.

The thing I loved the most was the little dog character :D I was awwwing everytime he was onscreen. Heh.
