Why I gave up consuming this — 2 years ago
WORTH CONSUMING!
I’ve seen to many results from research saying that supplements are no good. Both saying that you can’t process that much, that all the different things work against each other, that you shouldn’t have this or that amount at once and many saying they’re causing to high doses and inducing generally detrimental effects.
So I’m stopping this bs. It’s better to get the stuff from the real sources anyway and this way I’ll save that extra buck :)
