I’m a fan of Martin Cruz Smith’s Arkady Renko series of detective novels. Just started reading this on the plane back from Atlanta yesterday. This time, Renko is exiled to Chernoybl, but even before that happens, strange things are afoot. I am enjoying this look at modern post-Communist, post-Wild Wild West Russia.
