WORTH CONSUMING!

My favorite “anybody-can-relate-to-this” part:

Fate is like a strange, unpopular restaurant, filled with odd waiters who bring you things you never asked for and don’t always like. (Chapter One)

Why I like this book:

It seems that things are getting unraveled. But what really got me was 1) Sunny’s one-liners. Sunny’s personality is becoming more defined. You can actually understand what she’s saying now. I love the part when she said “wrong def”, “hygiene”, and “cinderella”. She’s funny and always have a quick and sharp things to say. No pun intended, y’know, cause she has sharp teeth. Anyway… and 2)Quigley, finally, somebody with common sense in this series. He had discovered and figured out so many things than Violet and Klaus put together. Sure, she can invent things and he read a lot of books, but Quigley has common sense.

WORTH CONSUMING!

So far my ranking is (read so far…) goes like this:

Book Eight, Book Two, Book Five, Book Seven, Book Ten Book Six, Book Nine, Book Four, Book One, Book Three.

A slightly different feel, now the lack of solved mysteries is getting a little frustrating. But it is good to see the kids growing up in this series unlike some series in which the children are forever 10 years old.

A few great surprises and a hoo-hum surprise as well.

I’ve been anxiously awaiting the tenth SUE book, and fortunately I have friends who are richer than I am. So, here I go.
