I was at Mondragon and they usually have vegan food, especially vegan desserts. I’d totally forgotten I’d eaten so many vegan cheesecakes there! Two weeks ago, a friend of mine bought me a slice of the chocolate cheesecake as a belated birthday present. It was so sweet (how sweet was it?) that I needed to have a black coffee to deter the sweetness or my teeth would hurt. One other time, I had an apple cheesecake! That was so delicious! Had that one last year.

Well it’s vegan for a reason lol. It doesn’t taste very well but most vegan foods don’t taste very well anyway. So this food taste just like all the rest of the vegan foods out there.
