This is one of my favourite foods. I often make smoothies with it. I usually put half a rockmelon (cantaloupe) into the blender along with another piece of fruit or two (kiwi, apple, some berries etc…), add about a small glass of fruit juice, and about the same amount of any sugar free soda drink… blend and drink.
It’s a good way to get fruit into yourself if you find it hard, and you can vary it as much as you like.
