bought this book because my partner in crime’s mentor told me to. I attempted reading it on two occasions and couldn’t get all the way through it either time.

the ending was completely bizarre. when i got to the last sentence, i turned the page, because that couldn’t possibly have been IT. could it? was THAT the ending? unfortunately, it was.

I read Donna Tartt’s first novel, The Secret History a few years ago. I was interested to see what she’s come up with this time. Unfortunatele, the library wanted it back before I could finish.
