WORTH CONSUMING!

This is the 3rd time I read this book. As a matter of fact, I use this book as my guideline if I need something to refer to.

This is the book that you should read before you start your Contact Centre project.

The book will inform you the basic steps of building the contact centre. Not too detail but all the important things to build up the contact centre was in there.
