Someone once told me that coffee stunts your growth.

I’m just shy of 5’2". I wonder what staggering heights I would have reached if I hadn’t started drinking coffee in my teens?

Someday, I will give up coffee. But not today. Rainy Sunday, cup of joe . . . mmmmmm.

So after googling ‘coffee trivia’, I found a few things out.

A four verse poem to coffee was written in Mecca in 1511.

In the book, Trip Through Happy Arabia, a Frenchman documented his travels through Arabia. This was in the year 1716, and in it was one of the first documentations of the history of coffee.

A story? Well, not a story, but how about the reason I don’t drink coffee? I don’t need another addiction, that’s all. And I have a hard time drinking hot beverages, even hot chocolate.

I feel like the last adult in the States that can’t place an order at Starbucks, simply because I don’t know what all that stuff means.

I never stop drinking coffee. I think I’d have an IV of it hooked up to my arm if I could while I slept.

It’s a must-have to start my day; coffee and a cigarette, Breakfast of Champions!!
