WORTH CONSUMING!

I’m a big fan of this book as it recommends a great “Middle Way” for thinking about food. It’s not about counting calories or being anal-retentive; it’s about learning more about yourself and your habits, and I think it’s a great application of Buddhist principles and mindfulness.

Why I want to consume this — 5 years ago

WORTH CONSUMING!

I just received the book today. I want to let go of my negative food associations. I like the idea of being mindful in my eating habits. I am hoping this will be the beginning of breaking the cycle of gaining/losing weight repeatedly.
