It’s such an old picture that everyone is normal looking. I love the way Danny always sounds like he’s shouting…

I don’t recommend this movie to everyone. It’s a great movie, but, as I said, it’s old. We don’t tell stories the same way anymore.

Still, when Normal cinches his robe and “bucks up” as he approaches the crying Vicki, near the end of the film…it gets me right here, you know. It’s a great film, in it’s way.
