NOT WORTH CONSUMING
Yes, the special effects are dazzling — even today — but otherwise this movie is AWFUL. It’s incredibly boring and far too long. I fast-forwarded through most of the pointless visual sequences and it was STILL too long. This film is only worth seeing as a point of reference for the sequel, 2010.
