This comedy wasn’t funny in the slightest. Instead, I cringed my way through. Frankly, I’m sorry I wasted my time watching it.

This is the story of an alienated father on the brink of losing his job who decides to solve all his problems by taking his family on a road trip to Colorado in a rented recreational vehicle (RV). Although it has its moments, the movie is not up to Robin Williams’ usual standard for comedy. Lots of potty humor that adolescents will find amusing. Many of the situations are cartoon-like. When a state trooper and warning signs tell you not to go down a certain road and you ignore them… well it just made me cringe and I couldn’t watch it. Pretty forgettable, overall.
