WORTH CONSUMING!

I don’t think at the time that I really “enjoyed” this book, so much as came to appreciate the theme in time. I would probably have not gotten so much out of it if I had not had a great English teacher in high school, because even though the theme is obvious, it takes additional commentary (i.e. reading the cliff notes as well) to bring the full meaning to life. I would definitely recommend reading it and then getting cliff notes/or finding additional info on it as well!

WORTH CONSUMING!

This was one of the best novels I “had” to read in High School. I think Hawthorne created one of the strongest female characters in literary history and he didn’t even like women. :)

I absolutely hate this book. The plot is so predictable and boring. I do not understand how this one could be a classic.

Need to reread this classic from high school lit.

This is one of the best books I “had” to read in high school. I think it had something to do with teaching me how wrong it is to judge others.

WORTH CONSUMING!

I remember how much I hated this book in High School. Now, with a few more years under my belt, I found myself actually enjoying it.
