WORTH CONSUMING!
The fact that the choice referenced in the title has been widely “spoilered” by filtering into our communal pop-culture psyche over the past 26 years did not ruin this movie for me, though I suppose it lessened the impact of that crucial scene.
Meryl Streep was AMAZING and even beautiful, and I usually don’t care for her. Kevin Kline was his wonderful self (if you don’t like him, you still won’t like him). Peter MacNicol’s accent was… acceptable.
