This is such a great book. I highly recommend it for all women – even those not trying to get pregnant. There is a lot of good info in here that everyone should know but for some reason is not taught in school.

This is the best damn book on fertility and natural birth control EVER. Every woman ought to own it weather she is TTC or not. A MUST HAVE. Read it now. Now, I tell you!
