WORTH CONSUMING!

This book is amazing. I love the way that Susan Orlean combines the story about Laroche with tons of info about Orchids and Florida history as well as her own personal story. It is profound and touching.

I’m going to finish it this time. I’m enjoying the way the book integrates all this interesting information—I can learn without even having to concentrate on it—but what I still find most interesting about the book is its relationship to ADAPTATION. Maybe because I am shallow.
