To the best of my recollection, this was released on video years ago by Something Weird and included an introduction with Rudolph Grey, author of Nightmare of Ecstasy: The Life and Art of Edward D. Wood, Jr. (the basis of the movie Ed Wood). Unfortunately for Ed Wood completists, it appears to be out of print now.
