WORTH CONSUMING!
I hate mushrooms, but I found the texture of these to be much more interesting and less offensive. There wasn’t much of flavor to the truffle itself, but it was also cooked with asparagus and it really changed the vegetable’s taste. I’m just wondering why these fungi share a name with a type of chocolate…
