Lots of stories - most the detective stories you’d expect, including some with Marlowe, some which are clearly the basis for some of the novels. But near the end there are a few different stories - one a fantasy/horror/mystery set in England; another set in L.A. with fantasy elements; a third a self-described “gothic romance”, set in England, but in the twentieth century.
