WORTH CONSUMING!

Jane Goodall presents a fairly convincing argument for healthier eating and life styles through her book Harvest for Hope: A Guide to Mindful Eating. The book is very easy to read and is great for people with little or no experience in the political world of agriculture. The only reservations that I have about this book are the few undeveloped (and often indirectly related) ideas that she interpolates an otherwise good text with. Also, I feel that many of the subjects were glossed over and not given proper coverage. This is certainly a book with a point of persuasion: Both sides of the arguments concerning food are not documented here.

As I said previously, however, this is a good book for beginners, new to the subject of the politics within food as well as food knowledge in general. Goodall presents an easy read for her platform here.
