”...and the did not love their lives to the death.”- reminder to live life to the fullest. we only get one, enjoy it. this came at a part in the book where tsion gets to witness the casting out of satan to earth. i really liked this part. the whole scene w/ the woman and her child, the angels fighting the devil, and the interaction between satan and god were riveting.
roman, romania and the moldavian mountians are real. kudus for getting the historical regions correct.

i am a fan of the left behind series. being a non practicing catholic i’m not sure how i feel about the rapture and such. i’ve always liked how the series is not overly preachy. sure, there are moments, in this book in particular v. pro life, but nothing that would turn me off from the series. there’s always enough action to even it out and you really start to care for the characters. rayford has come along way since the beginning. i love the idea of a god being unconditional. the sense of community you get is so peaceful.
