Quite good film even though I actually, for once, figured out the entire story 15 minutes into the film. Oh, clever and wise. Anyway, it’s about an illusionist who’s meeting his childhood sweetheart, only to find he’s up against the monarchy and her boyfriend who’s becoming king. At the same time his tricks baffle the audience. It’s a type of effect-and-good-acting-film. Edward Norton is good as usual, and the general feel of the film is well-made. I recommend it.
