I first saw this movie in the theater when it first came out in 1989 — 2 years ago
NOT WORTH CONSUMING
and watching it now for the first (and last) time since, I can only say that I must have been easily pleased as a little kid. The little girl in it is annoying (think Snow White, Jr.), and the songs! Oh, the awful, awful songs. It’s like the writers weren’t even trying. Apparently just because it’s animated and about dogs we’re supposed to like it.
Sorry, Don Bluth. You’re not fooling anybody with this steaming pile of… well, you know.
