I took this book out of the library one summer when I was a child. I found it captivating. I hadn’t been able to remember the title. I was writing stories by this time and thought it was a wonderful example of the kind of book I’d like to write some day. I finally came up with the right search words: children’s book, fantasy and Cloudberry, which was the name of one of the characters. What a delight to recover this book from my memory!
