WORTH CONSUMING!

Very, very corny. Not in my top three Pixar movies by any stretch, but watchable, entertaining enough, and I rather liked the end.

WORTH CONSUMING!

I just watched the movie again tonight! I love Tow Mater. He’s just precious! I like the little short on the DVD with the ghost light. :) I like the lessons that this movie teaches, as well. :)

but wonderful all the same. Cute, with lots of Pixar-in-jokes as we have come to expect from them (though couldn’t find the reference to Finding Nemo, anyone got it?).

The theme of the story is fabulous, too. Not only does Lightning learn to respect the contributions of others, but he also learns to be more self-dependent.

WORTH CONSUMING!

There are lots of laughs yet the movie tugs at your heart string, too. Great movie for the entire family.

WORTH CONSUMING!

This movie is just full of non-stop cuteness. I love it, I must buy it.

Excellent animation. Boring story. Where’s the pixar humor??

WORTH CONSUMING!

Pixar is THEBEST and John Lasseter is a demi-god. Simply.

The story shines, the characters shine, the landscape/setting is amazing, and of course the animation is fine. I had read that the cars were, well, cars, and not so engaging. Whoever wrote that is without a soul (and probably believes in the superiority of animate objects). So see it. It will take many viewings to catch all the humor.

I will note that the only disappointment I had in it was the slight paucity of extra features which is usually a Pixar strength. I find the process of Pixar amazing (and seemingly a healthy model for the rest of us) and always want to see more of it.
