Stick with Billy, Carl, Bob, Sue….you get the picture… If the statistics can be trusted (I’m not saying they can) it is sort of a terrifying thought that by 2050 more than half of Europe will be of Arab descent and of a radical Muslim faith. I personally believe the decadence of the West will corrupt/convert most Arabs in Europe to Western secularism although I am not sure that Mr.Steyn would even agree that this is a good thing. I’m pretty sure people of his ilk will not be happy until the entire world is populated by Conservative Christians i.e. members of the evangelical Protestant faith. The author wants thinks God wants you to be fruitful and prosperous; not necessarily thoughtful, kind, or caring.
