A very yummy recipe!!
1 12-oz bag frozen raspberries
1½ c. milk
1 c. drained soft tofu
1 t. vanilla extract
3 T. sugar (divided)
1. In blender, combine raspberries, tofu, milk, vanilla, and 1 T. sugar.
2. Process until pureed and well blended, scraping down the sides if needed.
3. Taste and add additional sugar if needed. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. Divide into glasses or stemmed dessert cups.
