I love the positivity Megan brings to this video. Yes, it’s easy, and I hope they release more advanced videos, but it also doesn’t contain any poses that my shape and size impeeds, which is really what I was looking for. I was able to relax into the poses, which other videos generally do not allow me to do. I love plus-sized fitness instructors, and I love them all the more when they talk about positive body image.
