i’ve always had a fascination with ireland, so when i heard about this book, i knew i had to get it. of course, i was a little biased due to the subject matter, but i really did enjoy reading it. the way delaney weaves the stories of ireland in with ronan’s own personal story was great.

parts of it are a little weak (ie. ronan’s ‘breakdown’), but overall, i enjoyed it.
