One of the things I’ve always loved about the literature of science fiction is its ability to address ethical and moral dilemmas, and the BSG writers have taken that to an art form rarely seen on the screen. Caprica promises to deliver the same BSG artistry as the writers explore the situation in the 12 colonies 58 years before the invasion. An excellent array of fresh characters and some new insights into old ones, including the origin of the term “Cylon.” How good is that?
