This was the first Jane Austen book I have ever read. I am a product of the ‘Harry Potter’ generation of young people out there, and one of my favorite actors is Alan Rickman, so in my quest to view all the movies he was in, one of the first i come across that was not a HP movie, was Sense and Sensibility. After seeing the movie, I knew I had to read the book. This is my favorite of her works, and defiantly a book I would recommend.
